Atomizing nozzles, according to the classification of most customers, can be divided into two-fluid air atomizing nozzles and single-fluid atomizing nozzles. Two-fluid air atomizing nozzles need not only the solution but also the injection of vapor or compressed air in the process of use. The characteristics of the nozzles are low pressure, uniform atomizing particles, and most of them have the function of adjusting flow rate, which meets the needs of practical work. Single fluid atomization nozzles usually need a water pressure pump to pressurize the water and achieve atomization effect through the nozzle. This kind of nozzle is characterized by eliminating gas consumption and saving cost.

Atomizing nozzles are widely used in humidification, dust removal and static elimination because of their small and uniform atomized particles.

In the two fluid air atomizing nozzle, according to the spray shape, it can be divided into fan shaped air atomizing nozzles and circular (conical) air atomizing nozzles. According to the different structures of the nozzles, the requirements for water pressure of the air atomizing nozzle are different during the use process, and can be divided into siphon type (gravity) air atomizing nozzles without water pressure and pressurized air atomizing nozzles with low pressure. 。
